The project “Understand, Explain, Manage Your Feelings” was written by a teacher from Turkey, Fatma Oksuz, together with primary school teacher Mariana Cîlțaru from “George Uscătescu” Secondary School No. 1 in Târgu Cărbunești. This e-Twinning project represents a modern, attractive, and effective way to understand, explore, and manage feelings and emotions. In a society that relies heavily on information from the mass media, which often has negative effects on children, I thought we needed a project where those involved can learn more about emotional intelligence.
